Public Procurement Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina has organized one-day training as a part of the pilot testing of new e-Procurement information system functionalities. App Impact team is especially proud to have built the new e-Procurement information system with features that represent a significant innovation for the public electronic procurement process, which is the backbone of all public procurement in Bosnia and Herzegovina.  

The one-day training was organized on Tuesday, 5th of November, 2019 and has primarily related to the following:

1. Creating user roles in the e-Procurement system;
2. Creating a Procurement Commission;
3. Creating an electronic procedure;
4. Creating and publishing conditions for participation;
5. Preparing and sending an electronic offer;
6. Electronic opening of tenders;
7. Generation of bidding and bidding records
8. Evaluation of electronic offers;
9. Creating minutes of the review and evaluation of tenders, the Commission's recommendations and the Commission's activity reports;
10. Creating and publishing decisions to end the procurement process;

The one-day training is a part of the program of assistance to the development of public institutions funded by the German organization GIZ. After many successful projects we worked on with the Public Procurement Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina in previous years, we hope that our cooperation will continue in the future. Bringing positive changes in our country, all together!
