As the year begins App Impact introduces the IPA III Consultation platform, developed for Directorate for European Integration of BiH, in partnership with the UNDP Accelerator Lab in BiH.

Platform is an experimental activity that broadens the scope and quality of public engagement by introducing innovative and collaborative digital consultation processes and new analytical techniques with the goal to have IPA III programs informed by a broad range of input and expertise.  

The IPA III Consultation platform operates within the thematic priorities and "windows" outlined in the IPA III Regulation. These priorities, detailed in the Commission Delegated Regulation 2021/2128 and Implementing Decision, ensure synergy with other EU policies and funding. It aligns itself with the specific goals and seeks to:  

• strengthen the rule of law, democracy, human rights, and fundamental freedoms,  
• reinforce the effectiveness of public administration,  
• support transparency, structural reforms, and good governance,  
• shape rules, standards, policies, and practices of the IPA III beneficiaries in alignment with those of the Union,  
• strengthen economic and social development and cohesion,  
• reinforce environmental protection,  
• support territorial cohesion and cross-border cooperation.
