Advancing Digital Transformation in Public Sector
UNDP-sponsored event introduces innovative platform for practitioners in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Within the framework of the Digital Transformation in the Public Sector Project, supported by UNDP and the British Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina, a community event was held for the Network of Practitioners for Digital Transformation in the Public Sector.

Established in 2020, this community serves as a forum for learning, exchange, and collaboration among public sector employees engaged in or interested in digital transformation. The event aimed to strengthen connections, encourage knowledge sharing, and inspire cooperation among these professionals.

The project’s broader goal is to support authorities on their journey toward Bosnia and Herzegovina’s digital future by promoting new capabilities and leveraging technology and innovation for more effective and inclusive governance and public service delivery.

During the event, the Community of Practitioners for Digital Transformation BiH platform was presented. Developed by the App Impact team to meet the needs of the UNDP office in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the platform quickly attracted a large number of members. Built using App Impact’s Webricks Online Presence Platform, with its wide range of modules, this dynamic space allows members to exchange knowledge, ask questions, and participate in events—creating a collaborative environment that drives continuous cooperation, peer learning, and the exchange of best practices within the Network.
