Startups from the incubators in Brčko District and Loznica, part of the NESESER project, now have a dedicated digital space for presentation and networking—the newly launched Talky Walky portal.

Designed to connect incubator users, the platform brings together opportunities to showcase projects, exchange experiences, access resources, and engage with the wider startup community. Talky Walky is part of the NESESER project, co-financed by the European Union through the Serbia–BiH Cross-Border Cooperation Programme and implemented by the Development and Guarantee Fund of the Brčko District of BiH (RGFBD), the City of Loznica, and the Institute for Development and Innovation – IRI from Belgrade. The initiative aims to strengthen the startup ecosystem across both sides of the border, providing practical tools and a supportive network for early-stage businesses.

Built with the Webricks Online Presence Platform, Talky Walky offers a wide range of features including forums, educational courses, news and blog sections, an events calendar, meetups, contact forms, newsletters, and surveys. To meet the unique needs of this incubator community, Our team developed additional modules—Startups and Products—allowing founders to present their projects and colaborators, showcase their products, and promote their services to a wider audience. 

With its user-friendly design and focus on knowledge sharing, Talky Walky is set to become a central meeting point for startups to exchange experiences, access valuable resources, and stay informed on the latest opportunities.
