Have you ever thought about creativity as something mostly related to artists and people working in creative industries? 

The Oxford Dictionary defines creativity as “the use of imagination or original ideas to create something; inventiveness”. According to Peter Drucker, who is celebrated as a man who invented management, “innovation is a change that creates a new dimension of performance.”

Creativity is all around us. It involves the process of thinking and creating. As creativity and innovation are deeply connected, the United Nations designated 21st April as the World Creativity and Innovation Day to raise awareness about these aspects of human development. Creativity has an indispensable place in the software development process. We look for ways to bring innovations, create solutions to problems, approve ways to communicate or better our lives and businesses.

To celebrate World creativity and innovation day in a fun way, we decided to learn more about the different types of creativity by taking the “Creative Types” test developed by Adobe.Who would have thought that at App Impact we have an Innovator, a Visionary, several Thinkers, a Producer, an Artist, and a Dreamer? Together we can generate new ideas and innovative solutions, see potential and possibilities everywhere, bridge theory and practice by applying ideas in real life, balance productivity with purpose, bring ideas and concepts to life, and so much more.
