The Civil Service Agency is a state institution of Bosnia and Herzegovina that implements employment and professional development of civil servants and helps to manage human resources of BiH institutions.

Webricks CMS, a product of App Impact, was used to develop the new Agency's portal. Additionally, App Impact team developed several new modules for managing employment processes to facilitate the Agency's employees' daily tasks. The new portal offers visitors a quality online presentation of the work and values ​​of the Agency. It also provides information on vacancies and all materials that are crucial to civil servants' work and give a better insight into this institution's work.

While the administrative part of the portal allows the Agency's administrators to efficiently create and manage all content through custom modules, the public part displays notifications and enables users to download published documents, laws, regulations, and reports. Detailed categorization on the portal follows the transparency principles, which improves public access to all published information. For all additional inquiries, citizens can also contact the Agency via the contact form on the portal.

Keeping in mind that websites containing employment information are one of the most valuable resources for potential candidates in finding a job, special attention was paid to the sections related to employment. This included a section for creating vacancies that can be easily searched by term, dates of publication and application deadline, and the type of competition. All interested parties can track vacancies by phases, from the vacancy announcement to the employment process's finalization. The portal's resources include materials for exam preparation and important notes for candidates for timely information and the elimination of application errors. The portal also provides links to BiH institutions that employ civil servants, making this portal a starting point for collecting general information on employment in the civil service.

App Impact team worked on the design and development of the portal, while the financial support was provided within the Programme for Strengthening of Public Institutions in BiH as part of the support for public administration reform in BiH. This Programme is implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of the German Federal Government in cooperation with the Government of the United Kingdom.
