Fight against corruption is a prerequisite for all other reforms in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and it has to be done systematically and with full transparency. Many organizations in Bosnia and Herzegovina are working hard to implement changes that will solve some of the country's most important issues. One such organization is Transparency International in BiH, which performs many activities and projects related to analyzing and preventing corruption in various crucial fields.
 
One of the organization's newest projects is a web portal that will serve as an open register of public office-holders - registar.transparentno.ba. The purpose of the Register is to provide information on the engagements and mandates of public office holders in BiH, facilitate identifying potential abuses, incompatibility of functions, and conflicts of interest. In this way, the register enables monitoring of the activities of officials to prevent corruption. The portal is designed and developed by App Impact team. The "Register of Public Office Holders" is owned by the Association for the Fight against Corruption "Transparency International" in BiH (TI BIH), and it was created as a result of the project "Support to Citizens in the Fight against Corruption". The United States Agency provided financial support for International Development (USAID) provided international support, and the project is being implemented jointly with the partner organizations Centers for Civil Initiatives (CCI) and the Center for Media Development and Analysis (CRMA).
