For video meetings, we prefer to use Microsoft Teams that enables us an easy document sharing and better engagement of all team members.
3. Clarify what has to be done but don't forget the benefits of a flexible schedule
   Besides attending the scheduled team meeting, dealing with urgent tasks, and respecting deadlines, we believe you don't have to keep a fixed work schedule when it comes to regular daily tasks. Let your team members arrange their workday by themselves. Maybe they would like to start working earlier, or even later, take a break during the day to catch some fresh air or have lunch with their family and offset work assignments during the day. If you've built your organizational culture around mutual trust and respect, you can be sure that this kind of flexibility will bring additional benefits for everyone in the team.
4. Keep regular all-hands meetings
   We know that everyone in your team will stay up to date with information about the project they are working on.
