Public Procurement Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina has launched a new Web Portal which was developed by the App Impact team. The new portal provides information about the Agency and public procurement, as well as all documents regulating the field of public procurement in BiH in accordance with the Law on Public Procurement BiH. In addition, the Agency's internal information/documents related to reports, procurement and public consultations are available on the Web Portal.

The new web portal of the Public Procurement Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina is implemented as a CMS (Content Management System) solution and enables simple search of complete content published on the same, as well as the special search of individual and dynamic pages. The Web Portal is fully responsive and at the same time, the content of the Web portal is adjusted to different resolutions and devices from which the Web Portal is accessed. MS ASP.NET MVC (Model-View-Controller) framework and MS SQL Server storage technologies were used for development. The Web Portal has been optimized to achieve a minimum load speed of content and developed in line with the latest trends as a Single Page Application (SPA). The Web Portal follows SEO (Search Engine Optimization) recommendations and technically minimizes unnecessary content traffic when reloading the Web Portal.

Some of the main functionalities are:

• Search CPV codes;
• Search the complete Web Portal, as well as some dynamically changing pages;
• Responsive resolution and adapts to various devices through which the Web Portal is accessed;
• Newsletter;
